The Society for Voluntary Control of Fair and Exhibition Statistics is represented externally by its chairman and his two deputies. They are elected by the shareholders for a term of three years.
The board members represent different types and sizes of events, thus reflecting the broad spectrum of FKM shareholders. The shareholders’ meeting also elects a working committee that discusses current issues and prepares decisions. The FKM is managed by AUMA – the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry.
