“The Euro Fair Statistics report gives our industry a credible overview of the European exhibition market, with this year’s data covering around 50% of it, according to UFI estimates. For organisers, venues, policymakers, and stakeholders, this is a trusted reference for planning, investing and advocating for exhibitions in Europe,” says Chris Skeith OBE, UFI CEO & Managing Director.

The report covers 1,758 exhibitions, including 209 exhibitions that have earned the ‘UFI Approved Event’ designation. These exhibitions accounted for a total of 19.4 million sqm of rented space, 503,552 exhibiting companies and 49.9 million visits. Of the exhibitions covered, 38% were targeted at trade visitors, 21% at public visitors, and 41% at both groups.

The Euro Fair Statistics 2025 report includes data collected from the followinG organisations: AEFI (Italy), AFE (Spain), ATFEO (Finland), BDO & Associates (Portugal), CENTREX-PIPT (Central and Eastern Europe), CLC-VECTA (The Netherlands), Event Confederation (Belgium), FKM (Germany), SOKEE (Greece), and TOBB (Türkiye).
